Musopathy TBT Certificate Course
3 to 18/23 May, 2026
The global annual Sound Therapy market is over US$ 2.6 billion today and slated to double by the early 2030s. This number is substantially higher when one takes into account the Corporate Wellness market which is $61 billion.
Musopathy (www.clisonics.com) is one of the most exciting areas in this scenario as it is a revolutionary genre of Medical Music which aims to consolidate upon the achievements of Music Therapy (MT) by bringing the universality and scientific rigour of Allopathy to sound-centric therapy by pursuing quantifiable and qualitative outcomes through culture-neutral approaches.
Highlights
- This course requires NO knowledge of Music, Breathing Techniques, Meditation, Yoga, Music or other therapies.
- It offers performance based internships and job opportunities (scores of 60% or higher in Course Exams).
- Validated Clinical Outcomes of Musopathy: Documented 7+ point systolic BP reduction, 30–250% breath improvement, increased oxygen saturation (in COVID-19 patients), and reduction in HbA1c levels for prediabetes management, increased HRV, rapid mood enhancement (cheerfulness/focus), reduction in anxiety and restlessness, immediate analgesic effects for musculoskeletal pain, and promising results for tinnitus relief.
Note: Musopathy interventions like TBTs are supplementary to standard medical care and not substitutes for it.

Tonation Breathing Techniques (TBT)
TBTs are a set of specially created and/or curated breathing techniques, mainly consisting of organic inhalation and controlled exhalation with Melodic Tonation, usually through the nose or minimally opened lips. They include adoptions, adaptations and additions to established respiratory practices from several traditions. They also combine well documented evidence based health solutions such as meditation and mindfulness, augmented further by one common factor – single musical frequency humming or vocalisation. In contrast to their predecessors, each TBT subtype is defined not only by airflow pattern and posture but also by the pathway and texture of Tonation. Together, these parameters determine which anatomical regions are preferentially stimulated, and therefore which clinical indications are most appropriate.
Clinical and Extra Clinical Benefits
Ongoing research and observations confirm that TBT can increase HRV, combat Blood Pressure, High Sugar, Muscular Aches, and Pain (ranging from post surgical to cancer), Sleep Disorders, improving cardiopulmonary function and increasing SpO2 (which helped hundreds during the COVID-19 pandemic), help manage Stress, Anxiety, Panic, Anger etc. TBTs also have the potential to enhance overall energy and Quality of Life (QoL), improve concentration, focus, calmness, curb burnout, clarity of thought, mental resilience, self-control, heighten awareness, strengthen equations with everyone and promote peace and harmony.
